This programme replaced the horizontal shelf compartments in both G1 and G5 galleys with new oven installations, including full oven power system integration, drainage rework and updated placarding — restoring both galleys to full catering capability with modern equipment.

Scope of Work

  • G1: removal of horizontal shelf compartments 103/104 and 105/106
  • G1: oven insert and rear bracket installation, with full oven power system integration
  • G1: drainage system modification for compartments 103 and 105 where required
  • G5: removal of 4x horizontal shelf compartments (509/510, 511/512, 513/514, 515/516)
  • G5: oven insert and rear bracket installation across all 4 positions
  • Galley wall repair following shelf removal, and new placarding throughout
